Challenge: Support maltkate22!

I rely on the strength of our community, when I ask all you rugbytacklers out there to help a poor little girl named maltkate22.
You noticed, that she didn`t show up some time.
She`s depressed and her great work finds no feedback, she belittles herself and tumbles rapidly into a major crises.

So I got the idea to make a "Cheer katie up"-challenge.
Some drabbles, fics, maybe manips, anything, you want.
Please help me to help her, show her, that she`s loved and an important part of our community.
I beg you.
My own respond to this challenge will be out this night.
