rugbytackle | Men and their cars

This is a little something I wrote after watching extended LOTR dvds and I heard, once again, what Dom did to Sean's car, hehhee. Well that incident has nothing to do with the story, this involves different kind of cunningness.

Viggo’s car had been broken ever since he had let Sean borrow it for few days. Now Viggo was totally depending on Sean to drive him to work and back home. Not that he had anything to complain about though.

“Is your car still at the garage?” Sean asked one evening while driving Viggo home.
“Yeah, they had to order a new part for it” Viggo said and brushed some hair behind his ear, just to brush them free again the next moment. “It’s gonna take a long time since my car is European”
“Really?” Sean said not really meaning to ask or even expecting an answer.
For a moment they drove through the silent darkening evening.
“Did they order it already?” Sean asked before they were at Viggo’s place.
“Yeah, it’ll be here next week” Viggo said and started to open his door.
“How much does it cost?” Sean asked when Viggo was already out.
Viggo stood there with the car door open and thought.
“Don’t remember, but I can check for it tomorrow”
“Ok, do that, I’ll pick you up tomorrow”
“Right, night Sean”.

The next day Viggo got to work on time, had hell of a much fun with Sean through the whole day and when the work were done, finally went to the Sean’s car together.
“Can I rehearse the new lines with you?” Viggo asked when Sean got the engine running.
“Which part? Might be a little too difficult for me to drive at the same time,” Sean said while trying to rummage his bag to get the right paper out.
“No I meant, if you could come over”
Well that made sense, but the invitation wasn’t really that tempting.
“Why? My place is cleaner”.
“Mine is closer to the set”.
“And a dump”.
Then Sean had trouble to keep his car straight ‘cause Viggo managed to kick him.
“Trying to wreck my car too?”
Viggo just laughed.
“My car was just missing a piece, it didn’t get smashed or anything”
“Hmm” Sean just hummed to that.
“Come over, let’s get the lines read and you can sleep a while longer in the morning”
“Well that’s tempting” Sean smiled and did stay over night.

Days went by and Sean had counted them.
“Will you be getting that new part soon?” He asked while driving Viggo to work.
“It’s there already, I planned to walk there today after work, so I’m finally off your back,” Viggo said a little tired.
“I know, hey, look at the back seat, there’s a bag,” Sean said and tilted his head to point.
Viggo got the bag and even got permission to open it.
“This’s the part” Viggo said confused. “How do you have it?”
“That’s the old part” Sean said, blushing a little.
Viggo didn’t understand.
“I took it from your car, now you have a spare if the new one really breaks”
Viggo looked at the piece of metal with curiosity.
“Why?”
Sean parked, killed the engine and inhaled deeply.
“Why do you think?” He just asked.
Viggo looked at Sean’s firm face and blushed.
“Oh”.
“I wanted to drive you Vig”
“Oh,” Viggo just said again and looked away, he knew Sean was still watching him.
“So, could you still give me a lift today?”
“But you said your car is fine”
“Yeah, but,” Viggo said and fought to look at Sean “But I like you driving me too”

When the work got done, Sean found Viggo waiting by Sean’s car. They just smiled and Sean opened the doors. They sat silently until Viggo just raised his hand and put it on Sean’s thigh.
“Take me to your home, please” Viggo asked.
“Why?” Sean asked dryly.
“I want to”.
“You want to what?” Sean asked and took his eyes from the road for a second.
“Be with you”.
“Can’t we go to your place?” Sean asked a little frustrated.
“Why? You like your clean and neat place better,” Viggo said.
“But at your place I can sleep longer” Sean said and licked his lips before turning to Viggo. “Or at least stay in bed longer”.
Viggo just had to laugh when he watched Sean blushing; so cute.
