Hey y'all! Many thanks everyone who is posting to the Yahoo group as that has been the only way I've been able to keep up; can get my mail forwarded but it's a rare day when I can get on the web!

I'm sticking my head in because rugbytackle's paid account expires in a week and I have no way to extend it from here even if I wanted to; didn't bring my PayPal password with me. Do we lose the layout if it expires? Does it affect the archive at all? I have a free account myself so I don't know these things!

Anyone who's LJ-savvy please write to me if you get a minute and tell me...you can track down my e-mail via my userinfo, my web page or leaving a comment here. There's no way to set up a community co-moderator, or is there? Milochka, want the job along with the archive? *g*

hum...I don't think it affects the layout. You just can't edit it anymore. But I wouldn't know cause I've had a paid account for almost 2 years now.

Maybe Viggo is trying to distract him from the book. For all we know, Viggo is doing a striptease in front of Sean and that's why Sean seems so concentrated.

Sure, why not? *G* Be happy to, actually. The archive site is coming along nicely, should be ready for testing soon.

(1) You can add a "co-maintainer" to the community via the Community Management (http://www.livejournal.com/community/manage.bml) page. Click on "Members". Click the user's "Maintainer" checkbox but make sure yours is still checked too, and save. That should do it.

(2) When a paid account expires, it still keeps the custom layout and all -- you just can't edit it anymore.

You are now maintaining. *g* I should mention that as a maintainer your duties are to ignore everything that does not absolutely demand that you step in, like layout crises and disappearing posts. I love that this community has never once needed a moderator and is the friendliest fandom I have ever been involved with! Let me know if you need LJ codes for prospective rugbytacklers, I have a bunch that people have donated...
