Date: 2003-07-16 01:19 pm (UTC)I think it was the frustration of Viggo, and the abuse (in my eyes) of Sean, and how Karl managed to ruin what COULD have been love by tainting it for Viggo, telling him what a slut Sean is, and tempting him into using Sean himself.
It could have been love, but now it's just using him.

I don't mean this as a criticism, Helen, but I didn't find this sexy... I only found it really heartbreaking.

Still, whether you found it sexy or heartbreaking, the fact that it earned this much of a reaction just stuns me. I'm glad. :)

Date: 2003-07-16 01:57 pm (UTC)You sculpted such a terrific characterization of Viggo. It all feels so very real and palpable -- the emotions, the anger, the fight for control inside oneself, and the irrationality of things you do when you're "under the influence" of mild (or not so mild) obsession. Just fantastic.
