Notes: For the lotrips100 hospital challenge, but it’s too long so I thought I'd put it here instead. Feedback- yes, please! *begs shamelessly*


"Stop that!"

Laughter, deep and masculine, rumbled from behind the privacy curtain of the otherwise unoccupied semi-private room.

"Get your hand out from under my hospital gown right now!"

"Make me."

"You know I can’t move my ar... god, that feels good."

Moans and quiet whimpering ensue.

"Staaah... op... someone’s gonna... come."

"You’ve got that right."

"No, I mean we’ll get caught."

"Not if you shut up and concentrate."

The room was quiet as the nurse pushed the door open. Her sensible white shoes moved noiselessly across the linoleum. The rings clattered together, sliding down the aluminum pole as she yanked the curtain open. The visitor was wiping his hands on a wad of tissues. The patient was tucked into the bed, sheet pulled up around his waist. He had flushed skin, and a glassy expression in his eyes.

She took out her thermometer and grabbed the chart.

After "Mortensen, Viggo. Bruised ribs, dislocated left shoulder, sprained right wrist."she added "Temp 99. Monitor for fever."

Can just picture Sean being all innocent - perhaps even having a small conversation with the nurse later about the need to make sure not to transfere germs. "Very handy with tissues in here - yes, it s a shame that more people aren't aware of these things, isn't it?"
