One of the things I love about Bean (in fics, not real life, obviously) is that he is always the most human, the one with the most doubts and fear and pain, and equally the one most unable to express these feelings. Your characterization of him here hits that square on.

OH, and He could only make noises, panting, guttural noises, as he plunged in and out, holding onto the belt like the reins of a horse, gripping Viggo's hip so tight he was sure he'd leave bruises.

Ohh, thank you. I often wonder if there is truth in our characterizations since we all seem to paint a similar picture, or if we all just read each other's slash and get influenced by each other. :P It may be a bit of both.

I started writing the threesome first and despite any real knowledge at the time of Sean or his dialect, for that matter, he demanded to be the voice of that fic and he just started to come alive in this incarnation--this fic here started as flashbacks in Sean's memory. What delighted me is that Vig then came alive in those flashbacks, and moreso in the full fic, and it helped me see their relationship more clearly. Now I just have to find my Orli. :P

I think you're probably right about the influences thing... I honestly know very little about them outside of what I've read in fics, so I think I'm probably more influenced by the writings of others. Which makes me worried when I re-read my stuff that I'm not bringing anything new to the table.
