Apr. 2nd, 2003 09:19 pmTitle: Waltz
Author: Cykie - Cykeotic@hotmail.com
Disclaimer: These men don’t belong to me. This is pure fiction.
Pairing: SB/VM
Summary: A quick dance lesson
Rating: PG-13.......I think
Feedback: This is the first time I have ever posted here so yes please
Archiving: I’m not sure anyone would want to archive this, as it’s so short. But if you want to just ask.
Notes: This is just a short piece I wrote after looking at
jommy’s last Viggo/Sean artwork. Thanks to Nixxie for doing a quick spelling check.
The corners of Sean’s mouth twitched wildly as he desperately tried to fight the urge to laugh. Viggo had an ever so serious look on his face, which amused Sean greatly. As if the position they were in wasn’t funny enough. Viggo started to get annoyed. Sean could tell by the death grip he had on his hand.
Ok, serious now. Getting into actor mode, Sean suddenly composed himself. But as soon as he looked up at the deep concentration seated in Viggo’s face the laughter escaped his mouth.
"Sean!" Viggo frowned.
Through the tears threatening to roll down his face, Sean’s green eyes twinkled in amusement as he looked at his friend.
"Stop taking this so seriously, it’s meant to be fun."
Viggo didn’t seem to have the same opinion about the situation. He tugged on Sean’s body and pulling him tight against himself.
"Serious, Sean. Please."
"Yes, Viggo," He answered liked a pupil to his teacher. Although in this instance it was actually the other way round. It was Sean being the teacher, and not a very good one.
"Alright, sorry. Now remember to count."
Viggo nodded and took a deep breath before he started moving. He held Sean tightly as he counted out loud and moved around the trailer. Sean still struggled not to sink into hysterics but the pain of Viggo’s boots landing on his feet certainly helped. It started off as more of a stumble but soon they were gracefully waltzing around the room. Sean even started getting into it. He hummed a tune as they spun around in an almost joyful dance. When they stopped, Viggo, now with a grin plastered on his face, wrapped his arms around the blond man and gave him a bear hug.
"See, no need to be so nervous about it now was there?" Sean said when they pulled away, trying to ignore the slight throbbing pain in his feet.
"I wasn’t nervous about the dancing, Sean," Came the almost inaudible reply. "It was more about you and I.....being so close.....alone....."
Ever since they had first kissed the relationship between them had become rather awkward. They were stuck between being friends and being lovers. It was an extremely confusing place to be.
Sean smiled softly and reached out to gently touch Viggo’s cheek with his fingers, "Ah so the look was control not concentration?"
"The look was, how the hell did I get him to believe I actually wanted to learn the waltz?"
Sean pulled his hand back in shock. Viggo had lied to him, deceived him, he didn’t want to learn to dance at all! And it was as funny as hell. Laughter exploded out of his mouth and he grabbed his stomach before something fell out. The other man decided enough was enough and someone had to shut him up. Grabbing his shoulders roughly, he held the hysterical man still and kissed him hard. The shock stopped Sean in his tracks. The tongue slipping into his warm mouth turned the laughter into groans. His arms wrapped around Viggo and his skin shivered when their bodies tangled together. They were no longer friends.
Love is friendship set on fire. And someone had lit the fuse.
