Fic Challenge: Word-of-the-day drabble

I'm not sure this even makes sense now that I've cut out those 61 extraneous words.

My WOTD is sapient. For non-Discworld readers, here's the allusion.

Yay, Milochka!


This anxious man was not his Sean.
His Sean was a well of quiet strength.
Viggo wanted to tackle him, hold him down, hold him under until his Sean resurfaced.

Of course, he wasn't actually his Sean. Technically.

"Hope your luggage makes it this time," Viggo teased.

"Should. Sapient pearwood, this lot."

Viggo laughed. "Good! I'll stop worrying about you then."

"Needn't worry. Third time lucky, right?"

At that, Viggo did pull him close.

"When you're back, we'll get roaring drunk and do something dangerous," he whispered.

"Oh? Dangerous for you? Or me?" A smile at last.

"Yeah," Viggo grinned.

Squeee! Loved this. Especially the dialogue -- very realistic. And may I beg for a sequel? I wanna hear what this 'dangerous' thing is. ;-)
