keelywolfe's fault! It started at about 12:11 AM last night due to her encouragement, and what could I do but stay up and write it, though I had desperate need of every moment's sleep that I could get?
I realized this morning when I'd woken that in my weariness, I unconsciously stole the idea of what the Halls of Mandos are like from the cemetery of Adam and Eve in George MacDonald's Lilith. I'd like to thank Mr. MacDonald for that image. I'm glad I remembered him before posting.
I should warn you. This is very cheesy, and the schmoop quotient... well, you're going to need insulin.
