Beta needed

As the title suggests I need a beta reader for my current fic and I thought of asking the members of some of the lists I am a member of for help. I apologise beforehand to all those of you who must bear with my shameless pleading more than once because they are members of various groups as well as communities this is posted to.
I would like to give a short summary of the contents of my series, where I plan to go with it and where the existing parts of it can be found.
The story is planned as a saga of three serieses, each approximatly fifteen chapters in lenghth (including interludes). The saga in itself is categorized as an A/U because I change some of the background facts and pairings in the story which, of course, also affect the main narrative. These are as follows:
-Arwen was betrothed to Legolas already and thus her affection for Aragorn never exceeded a fraternal relationship.
-Aragorn stayed in the service of Gondor for about 23 years and did not leave in 2980. His travels in Harad lasted twelve years (2984-2998) and upon his return he became Boromir's lover for two years. He left Gondor at Gandalf's request in 3000, without informing his lover. They met again in Imladris, shortly before the Council.
-I have taken the liberty of adopting the custom of the First Choice from Soledad. This custom enables the Elves to choose someone to teach them the arts of love without forming an unbreakable bond. This custom was, in my universe, taken up by the Númenoreans and is still practiced among the nobles of Gondor. It is this custom that forms the basis of the relationship between Aragorn and Boromir in the first place.
-Incidently, it is this custom that leads to the relationship between Arwen and Legolas as well, because Legolas chose Elrohir and thereby comes into contact with Elrond's family on a more personal level.
-And last but not least Boromir does not die at Parth Galen, but is gravely wounded and taken to Lothlorien with the help of an Avarin Elf. He joins the group accompanying Arwen to her wedding in Minas Tirith (Legolas decided to hold it there to be able to share the joy of Sauron's defeat with his beloved).
These are the major diversions from canon that I have to make for the story as I wish to tell it to work. The saga's first part "Encounters" has told of the meetings between Boromir and Aragorn during the former's childhood up to Aragorn's departure as well as setting the stage for these rememberings in the prologue.
I wish to write the interlude where the childhood days of Legolas and the beginning of his association with the family of Master Elrond are told.
What I need from my beta readers would be the following: there should be a person good at structure and dialogue.
Then I would also need someone with good to very good skills at discussing Arda (beyond LOTR in book and movie) and with an eye for plotholes annd characterization. HOME is no must, but would be nice. I can provide summaries of the relevant texts with necessary. I welcome well-founded criticism and comments from anyone
