A few weeks ago there was a segment on the news about some kids kicking and beating a homeless man to death. I thought of your fic and cried. You bring the desperation and hopelessness to life in such a vivid way. I am always happy to see your name come up on my flist while at the same time knowing I'm going to be a little down thinking about the content. This is such a well done story!

Thank you sweety! The plight of the homeless is tragic and it really worried me when I started this fic that I was trivializing it in some way. Hearing it touched your heart lets me know that didn't happen.
