Oh, something I forgot to mention in my (quite short, but sincerely enthusiastic!) comment: this little work of art (literally) makes me want to know more: will Sean discover the picture and the feelings of the painter... You will write the whole story, won't you?!?

Hopefully. I don't usually write drabbles - since I find that precisely 100 words format rather restricting, but longer ficlets that are over 100 words in length. And angsty. And containing owies. *eg*
