So sad and yet so beautiful Rotpunkt. I love the idea of Viggo communicating through his book. And the desperate but resolute attempt by Sean. Marvelous!

I´m glad you like this though it´s sad and rather "psychological". I really watched the interview where Viggo says he doesn´t talk about his feelings with friends - I think it was in Denmark with his Aunt Tule, but I´m not sure... perhaps I find it among the interviews you have sent me... I found this remark so depressing.

Well I knew this was going to be sad and powerful, but I feel emotionally drained from reading it ! I love Sean trying to communicate with Viggo through Viggo's poetry, with Dave as technical adviser.

That contradiction – the need to speak of his feelings versus the fundamental distrust in both friends and strangers - made him write cryptic poems, revealing and disguising himself at the same time in a very personal, subjective ´sign-language,´ as he – typically - called one of his books.

This is so good and I think, so perceptive.

Please don't make us wait too long for the next installment. I really want this to end with hope, as I wish Viggo would let someone under his defences to really love him.

The sentence you quote - I really believe in this part of my interpretation. I´m not so sure about other parts, of course I can´t claim I have the "right" interpretation, it´s just an attempt to find out what Viggo wants to tell us (because he does - or else he wouldn´t publish his poems).
Some thoughts are just vague assumptions, "tapping in the darkness", but I feel very sure about what I wrote in this sentence.
