Heaven and Earth
„Fuck!“
The pen and the paper-block flew across the room and hit the wall with a loud thud.
Piercing blue eyes danced angrily across the room, searching for something to ease his anger or blame to for his incapability of filling the blank pages.
And there he was. Sitting in silence on the couch and reading a book.
Stomping closer, he stopped short in front of the couch, their knees almost touching.
“I can’t write.”
Emerald green eyes looked calmly up from the pages filled with words, a story, a poem, whatever beauty he for himself could not find.
“What would you like me to do about it?”
The voice was a low, raspy sound, sending chills up and down his spine.
“Distract me.”
Their eyes were still locked. Green and blue, heaven and earth.
Breath caught when earth rose gracefully from slumber. Challenging heaven to take the lead. And so it was.
Fingers unbuttoned quickly the shirt, pushing it down broad shoulder until it landed in a heap on the couch. A low growl filled the room, very similar to the deep rumble of a volcano shortly before eruption.
“At your command, lovely.”
Here is my big, damn table
