rugbytackleWe were talking about polls and layouts and stuff that people can do with paid accounts. And I don't even know, but I'm assuming that those all apply to communities as well? Would people here be interested in chipping in and paying for this account in $5 increments (I think that gets two months, so six people could all pay for a year), and then someone with far more artistic talent than myself could make us a really cool Sean/Viggo background and we could do a survey about who's gayer, Sean in Caravaggio or Viggo in The Prophecy and things like that?
See, this community acts remarkably like, well, a COMMUNITY. Which certainly isn't true of all communities on LJ. People give each other feedback and fic suggestions and silly gossip and it's remarkably non-cliquish and there hasn't been a single flame war so far. And how often does that happen in fandom? I love this place so much I can't even begin to tell you folks.
(And this isn't pressure! I can't even afford to pay for my LJ, though, let alone this one! I just figured that it was worth tossing out as an idea, and since the community's under my name I guess I would have to upload any cool new stuff though I would have to recruit people to do the actual artwork and such!)
