I wrote this one some time ago and with a few silly adjustments, finally decided to post. It's a roundabout Father's Day story.

Story line: The boys introduce the 'IT' pants of the summer.

Pairing: S/V, implied others

Rating: PG

Disclaimer: no money, no knowledge, no harm
I've used a few familiar names in the story, hope no one is offended!

Title: Shabby Chic Pants

Note: a few years ago, Shabby Chic introduced bed linens made from extra soft t-shirt material. Even Oprah was raving about them.

Feedback: sure!

Just thought I'd throw this out into the melee for you.

According to the local paper this weekend here in Sheffield, Sean Bean won second prize in Sheffield United's weekly prize draw. The way it works is that Blades fans pay £2.00 per week to enter the draw which funds the Sheffield United Football Academy for young up and coming players to train at. The prizes are usually £1000, a signed football, or a VIP day out at Bramall Lane. Beanie won the VIP day! I've never won a thing *grumble*

Still trying to find out from my contact ;) whether he'll take up his prize or not. I don't assume he needs a VIP day out at the ground but he might appreciate a private viewing of the dressing rooms.

Fic: Zero

Title: Zero: Beyond the Green
Rating: NC-17. Read the warning.
Disclaimer: tis fiction, and odd fiction at that. Didn't happen, no money made. The italicized half is *extremely heavily* based on "My World of the Unknown" by Alifa Rifaat. I blatantly stole that story and rewrote it for Vigbean; consider it my fanfic of that story.
Summary: Zero is the non-number, the number outside other numbers. Viggo loses himself in a story.
Warning: The italicized half of this is surreal, involving a fantastic world of beings, the most important of which takes the form of a snake. Viggo (sort of) has sex with this snake-being. Skip the entire fic if you do not want to read about a snake or worse, Viggo and a snake, or still worse, Viggo and a djinni in the form of a snake in a bed. And a bit of angst, let's not forget that. And I never specify what the problem in part one is -- it's not important to furthering the story, only the consequences are, but this will possibly perturb some.
Notes: This has an odd structure, which I hope will be clear or at least make sense anyway. The italicized snake story runs 1, 2, 3 -- time goes forward; the unitalicized VigBean runs 3, 2, 1, going backwards in time. These parts alternate with one another. It starts with a prologue, zero, and ends with an epilogue, zero, and they are beyond the rest. Yes, this is another of my more experimental fics, written because "My World of the Unknown" is such a powerful story that I had to.*g* Feedback, as always, would be lovely.
